1. Information we collect
This Privacy Policy applies to Axon Growth, Axon Imagine and Axon Equity (collectively, “Axon”, “we” or “us”). The three products share account, credit balance, purchase, usage and referral services.
When you use our Service, we may collect the following types of information:- Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and an encrypted password hash.
- Payment Information: When you purchase Credit Packs, payments are processed by our official Merchant of Record (Paddle). We do not directly receive or store your full credit or debit card numbers.
- Service Data: We log your system usage, including login times, IP addresses, and resource consumption (e.g., API call counts and token usage).
2. Local data and hybrid architecture

Local storage or clearing a conversation from the interface does not mean that an online request was not processed or that related service records are deleted at the same time.
3. Data stored in the cloud
Depending on the features you use, we store information needed to provide the Service, including:- Account and authentication information.
- Credit balances, account plans, orders and usage records.
- Referral relationships and commissions.
- Necessary execution status and log summaries.
- Imagine uploads, generated media and related asset and task records.
4. How we use your information
The data we collect is strictly used for the following legitimate purposes:- Service Provision and Maintenance: Processing your requests, delivering results, ensuring secure account access and accurately deducting resources.
- System Optimization: Analyzing system load and error logs to improve service performance.
- Fraud Prevention: Identifying and blocking bulk account creation, malicious attacks, and payment fraud.
- Our Commitment: We will never use your data for ad targeting, nor will we profile you for commercial behaviors.
6. Data security
We employ industry-standard protective measures to secure your data:- All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS.
- User passwords are securely stored using irreversible hashing algorithms (such as bcrypt).
- Our primary servers and cloud databases are hosted in top-tier, trusted data centers located in Singapore.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your data (Data Subject rights):- Access and Correction: You can review and update your account settings at any time in the Personal Center.
- Export and Deletion: If you need to export your activity logs or request the permanent deletion of your account and cloud data, please submit a request to our official email.
9. Governing law
The interpretation and implementation of this Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
